Extra charges we have during the holidays, or any other time, are for last minute reservations. For emergency services, we require at least 24-hours’ notice to book a service. For major holidays, we require two weeks’ notice & on some occasions use our discretion to apply an additional $15 (Per Visit) Public holiday surcharge during extremely busy & popular holidays such as Christmas/Boxing day & Easter periods.
